Who is in the various LCA Google mail distribution groups?

This article provides insight into the various pre-defined distribution groups and who the recipients are for those groups. This is not an attempt to list all of the groups, but only the main core groups. Utilizing these distribution groups simply requires addressing an email to the group name as listed below followed by @legacyca.com (example: us@legacyca.com will send the the members of the US distribution group).

NOTE: Most of the teacher and classroom specific groups will include one or more administrative staff members in the distribution.

PK, K, and 1 through 12 - Grade specific teachers
Example: 5@legacyca.com will send to the 5th grade teachers.

56Specials - Faculty members who teach a Special for 5th and 6th grade

Campus - All members of the Faculty and Staff groups as well as Security

EE - All members of the Early Education team

Faculty - All faculty members (i.e. Teaching)

Fine Arts - All Fine Arts team members

LS - LShomerooms and LSSpecials groups combined

LShomerooms - 1, 2, 3, and 4 grade specific teachers

LSSpecials - Grades 1 - 4 specials teachers

MS - 5, 6, 7, 8, 56Specials groups combined

Staff - All staff members (i.e. Administration).

US - All Upper School teachers as well as numerous US administrators
